Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Locations

AeroForm currently ships Australia-wide. International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD: 1–4 business days
  • SA, WA, TAS: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.

If your shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or reshipped.
